Press Release: Estoril

Due to a last minute change of plan, Neil Garner Motorsport are delighted to finally announce the modified driver line up for the Portugese round of the Le Mans Series.

Sadly, Steve Keating and Phil Keen, two regular faces behind the wheel of the No.92 Oreca FLM09, are unable to participate in this weekend's forthcoming event; and so the team is pleased to welcome on board for the first time, British Radical Works driver Alex Kapadia and Tor Graves, well accomplished single seater racer from Thailand. Sharing the drive with them will be the greatly experienced John Hartshorne.

Alex Kapadia is well known in the world of Radicals, having won the European Masters title in 2009 and succeeding this year with several wins in the series, as well as a class win in the Dubai 24 hour race back in January. Kapadia's experiences in a prototype also include Formula Renault, Formula Ford and Formula First, his debut in 1998.

The third addition to the driver line-up is Thai born, British pilote Tor Graves, who equally isn't missing experience in a prototype. Having raced in Formula Renault and Formula 3 for 4 years respectively, he then went on to compete in the World Series by Renault as well as the International Formula Masters series. Graves has also made an appearance in the Le Mans Series, in a GT2 car and has piloted an Oreca FLM09 in the Sportscar Winter Series last year.

As ever, the team is excited as the ultimate 6 hour race approaches and is looking forward to working with both new drivers. Although this weekend will be tough, a win would be the ideal way to finish the debut season in the Le Mans Series and everyone is in focus to perform at their best.
